Refund policy
Register your device with the product manufacturer when you get your new present. Lateralus Glass is not responsible or liable for any defective units, broken products or products ordered by mistake. We do not offer replacement units or returns for any reason. Lateralus Glass will take full responsibility for any products shipped, that do not match your invoice. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the item has been received back to the warehouse, the correct item will be shipped out the same day (if available stock). If product is not in stock a credit will be issued in full to the payment method used at checkout. We do not accept products that can be used with hazardous or illegal materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If eligible for exchange: We require a receipt/proof of purchase and a photo of product received within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact the manufacturer if there is a malfunction or defective unit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. There will be a standard re-stocking fee of $8.00 on all returns.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at lateralusglass@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
