I am the type of person to scour the internet for the best prices. I was finally looking to purchase a Stundenglass gravity hookah and found that Lateralus Glass had the best prices, was a certified reseller, and had great customer service. When I placed the order, the seller reached out to me to let me know there was an inventory discrepancy and did whatever he could to help make sure that my experience was above and beyond. I ended up with a Stundenglass gravity hookah and the Modul Dok. The original hookah I purchased that was unavailable came with merch and they gave me the option for a small credit or the merch so I took the credit and asked if they would put it toward the grinder pictured, and they agreed. Ultimately due to the fact they were unable to provide me the hookah I originally ordered, they still provided me with the merch which I found very kind. I wanted to make sure that the items were authentic and they were very accomodating in that sense as well. I could not be more happy with my experience shopping here with emphasis on -Value for Price -Prompt Customer Service -Human Experience -Standing by their Values. If I could give more stars, I would.
Individually, the Stundenglass gravity hookah is amazing and I have had plenty of fun creating different experiences through this smoking device as well as the Modul Dok. There are so many ways to create "new" pieces just by changing out your accessories. It is always a hit with company, and great as a daily driver as well.

I love these Vessel batteries. They are incredibly premium-feeling and protect the cart while it's in your pocket. This was my first Lateral Glass order, and it was amazing. Packed and shipped well. They included some extra goodies fora first-time customer. Will definitely order from them again.

Not gonna lie, I thought this was a unnecessary accessory at 1st but after using it a few times its completely game changing. When using the Stundenglass for wax I haven't had issues with the water getting dirty but when using it with flower, my water is murky within a few bowls, with the ash catcher my water stays crystal clear for MUCH longer. Also wanna shout out Lateralus Glass for the AMAZING customer service! This dude makes it feel like dealing with a friend instead of a company and I love it haha
